"Matt" Bennett is an American actor, singer, and screenwriter, best known for portraying Robbie Shapiro in the Nickelodeon sitcom Victorious and for starring in the 2010 comedy film produced by Will FerrellThe Virginity Hit. He was born on November 13, 1991 in Massapequa, New York, United States.

Early lifeEdit

Bennett grew up in Massapequa, New York, where he attended Grace Day School and Massapequa High School. After appearing in many commercials, Bennett started his televison career with the role of Greg the Intern in the pilot episode of the Comedy Central sketch comedy show, Michael & Michael Have Issues.

Awards and nominationsEdit

In 2011 Bennett was nominated for a Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Award (UK) for playing Robbie Shapiro on the Nickelodeon sitcom Victorious in the category of "Nick UK's Funniest Person".
